I'm using this sticky to track the status of our "perma-Ulduar" raid instance.
Goals in Ulduar(25):
o Kill Thorim. DONE 11/29/09
o Kill Vezax. DONE 12/6/09
o Kill Yogg-Saron (with all four Keepers).
o Acquire 30 Shards of Val'Anyr.
o Kill Yogg-Saron (minus one Keeper, usually Mimiron) and forge Val'Anyr.
Note #1: we will probably need to clear Ulduar a couple more times to get Spey to 30 Fragments. She has 19 at this writing.
Note #2: XT-Deconstructor Must Die! and the like can be completed in 10-man raids, but doing them in 25-mans might be a good excuse to farm Fragments at the same time. We are keeping the perma-ulduar alive via alts so the option of a fresh instance is always available if we want it.

Current status of Ulduar(25) as of 12/6/09
Razorscale, Iron Council, Yogg-Saron alive.

/bump Vexaz killed.
I believe our next visit will be to the extended Ulduar again, so we can work on the newly-opened Yogg-Saron some more. However if we're ever to make the legendary we'll need to clear it a few more times. At least it drops Emblems of Triumph now!
