What would be the best house rule for rolling on hilt drops in all-DG runs?
We had a chat in an all-DG PoS full trash clear group today, and came up with "Roll need to use on your main" ie someone there with an alt can roll in order to give to their main to do the quest line.
Folks who already have a hilt on their main, or who want it for an alt or to sell, would not roll need by that rule. Mondalow has gotten a hilt and was there with an alt, and said that was cool with him.
Every 5-man can set its own rules, though it's best to have a word about what the expectation will be before you start. Just thought it'd be good to start a thread so we can all see what each other are thinking.
Note: when one or more pugs are in the group, there's no way for us to know if they're rolling to AH or give to an alt or what. However some still consider it unsporting to roll on a hilt when you've already gotten on. So with pugs I think the rule should either be "all roll need" or "roll if you haven't gotten one". What do y'all think? _________________ Sounder, 80 Druid, Eng/JC, Quartermaster of Syk! |
